Playset Tarp Measurement:
We provide a detailed image in the gallery that illustrates the measuring and installation options for your replacement playset tarp. We recommend using a tape measure for best results. Having another person helps to get accurate measurements.
Measure from where you plan to attach it on your playset, over the playset’s roof peak and down to where you plan to attach it on the other side of the playset.
THe measurement on your tape measure is what you should use. Write down your measurements and then round up to the nearest inch. We cannot trim to fraction inches and our trim variance on large sheets of vinyl is “0.25”.
Calculating your square foot size:
To calculate square feet using inch: Width (inches) x Length (inches) ; then divide by 144 = Square Feet
Example: 44″ x 80″ = 3520 square inches (/divided by) 144 = 24.44 square feet
Placing your custom order:
Calculate your square foot size (directions above) and select the appropriate size, rounding up to the nearest 5 sq. ft. Then enter your actual dimensions into the field provided for your dimensions.

15 oz VINYL IS OUR STANDARD! You can expect even more durability, vivid colors and premium quality from our upgraded marine grade vinyl. Every playset tarp size is different and trying to find a quality replacement tarp is either near impossible or very expensive from original manufacturer. Our playset canopies are trimmed to your exact dimensions. We offer exciting designs and patterns beyond just solid color and striped playset tarps. Each tarp comes with sealed edges and stainless steel grommets that are placed in all 4 corners and every 18-24 inches on the sides that attach to the playset. Installation is easy using common washer screws (not included). All playset tarps are UV coated for extra protection and long-lasting vivid color. Each tarp is are custom made - designed, printed, trimmed and shipped in the USA and arrive fast. Once your order is placed we review for any questions or things that stand out as "not normal". If all your measurements and calculations look good, we size the artwork and send it to print. Your custom playset tarp is trimmed and finished and finished you custom order the next , finished and ready to ship within two business days. It is then shipped 2 day Fed Ex. So expect your replacement tarp anywehere from 3-5 business days after placing your order. (and sometimes it is even 2 days.)
Warranty:
Enjoys years of fun and vivid color from your durable replacement tarp. Since all tarps are custom manufactured to your exact dimensions, returns are not accepted for inaccurate measuring or installation errors. Calculate and select the product size variation (in sq ft). Enter your exact dimensions into the CUSTOMER COMMENT section so we can make at correct size. After payment is processed, tarps take 2-3 business days to manufacture, dry, hem and grommet, 1 day for handling and shipment preparation. Tarps ship Fed Ex Next day. Expect your totally custom tarp to be delivered within 5-6 business days.
